Terms of use
By using vink you agree to what is below. The app is provided by Blue Coral Labs B.V., the Netherlands.
Your account
- You need to be 16 or older to open an account.
- Keeping your password safe is your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
- The email address you give has to be yours.
Your lists and what is on them
- Everything you write stays yours. We process it only to provide the service.
- Anyone you share a list with can see, edit and delete everything on that list. Be deliberate about who you invite.
- Your loyalty cards are personal; nobody else on the list can see them.
- You may not upload unlawful content, infringe anyone's rights, or misuse the service.
What the service is
- vink is a shopping list tool. It is not a shop, a payment method or a loyalty programme, and we are not connected to any retailer.
- The app is provided as it is. We cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults.
- The nearby shop reminder is a convenience. Its accuracy depends on OpenStreetMap data and is not guaranteed.
- We may improve, change, or with reasonable notice discontinue the service.
Price
vink is free to use today. If we introduce paid features or advertising later, we will say so in advance and you will be able to decide whether to carry on. Nothing you have already put on your lists is taken away from you because of it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of vink. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this.
Closing your account
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time: Account tab, then Delete my account. We may close an account that seriously breaches these terms.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply.
